Job summary

BytesBrains is seeking a product manager to own outcomes across SaaS surfaces—Cruise, domains, business email, and hiring—in a company that treats AI agents as first-class customers. You will turn ambiguous opportunities into scoped work, write decisions down, and stay close to shipping: reading PRs, using agents daily, and partnering with engineering until the result is measurable.

You will set priorities, use AI agents daily to plan and stress-test, stay aligned with GitHub PRs, and craft

Qualifications

• 3+ years as a product manager shipping software with engineers.
• Hands-on daily use of AI agents for product and planning work.
• Familiarity with GitHub version management, PRs, and code reviews.
• Comfort with OS, VMs, containers, and production basics.
• Ability to discuss SOLID, DRY, and modular trade-offs with engineers.
• Clear writing for specs and decisions others can act on without a meeting.

Responsibilities

• Use AI agents daily to research, draft, and stress-test plans; keep judgment and product decisions with you.
• Stay close to GitHub: read pull requests and reviews, and shape scope before and during the PR cycle.
• Write crisp briefs, decision records, and success metrics that survive contact with production.
• Talk to customers and early users, then turn what you hear into the next cut of the roadmap.
• Partner with engineering on risk, runtime shape, and what done means before a PR opens.

You will turn ambiguous opportunities into scoped work, write the decisions down, and stay close to shipping: reading PRs, using agents daily, and partnering with engineering until the result is measurable.

What you will do

• Set priorities and acceptance criteria for engineering work across Cruise, domains, email, and hiring
• Use AI agents daily to research, draft, and stress-test plans; keep judgment and product decisions with you
• Stay close to GitHub: read pull requests and reviews, and shape scope before and during the PR cycle
• Write crisp briefs, decision records, and success metrics that survive contact with production
• Talk to customers and early users, then turn what you hear into the next cut of the roadmap
• Partner with engineering on risk, runtime shape (OS, VMs, containers), and what "done" means before a PR opens

What you will need

• 3+ years as a product manager (or equivalent) shipping software with engineers
• Hands-on daily use of AI agents for real product and planning work, with judgment about confident noise
• Familiarity with GitHub version management, pull requests, and code review - enough to follow and steer shipping work
• Comfort with how software runs: operating systems, VMs, containers, and similar production basics
• Enough design literacy to discuss SOLID, DRY, and modular trade-offs with engineers without needing a translation layer
• Clear writing - specs and decisions others can act on without a meeting

Nice to have

• Experience with developer tools, infrastructure, or B2B SaaS
• Familiarity with agentic workflows, LLM products, or API-first platforms
• Prior work with remote engineering teams in India or similar markets
