Job summary

PwC in Hyderabad is seeking an experienced product leader to own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from discovery to launch. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders, craft PRDs, and defend roadmaps in a data-driven, AI-enabled environment.

The role emphasizes hands-on use of AI tools, understanding probabilistic AI outputs, and prioritizing user-centric value while aligning with business outcomes.

Qualifications

• Must-have: strong product fundamentals and product sense, ownership of end-to-end product surface including discovery, roadmap, prioritization, launch, iteration
• Ability to elicit needs from business and technical stakeholders, write clear PRDs and acceptance criteria, manage senior stakeholders and clients with honesty and calibration
• Hands-on with AI tools in their own workflow, produced prototypes or internal tools using AI-assisted tooling
• Understanding that AI outputs are probabilistic, ability to discuss accuracy, cost, latency and when AI is the wrong tool
• Data-informed decision-making: defines metrics, runs experiments, analyzes funnels and ties product decisions to business outcomes

Responsibilities

• Stakeholder management and clear documentation (PRDs, acceptance criteria) for senior stakeholders and clients
• Hands-on use of AI tools to create prototypes, wireframes, or internal tools
• Assessing AI system behavior, discussing accuracy, cost, latency, and suitability of AI tools
• Using metrics and experiments to drive product decisions and business impact
• Good-to-have: UX design instincts for high-fidelity interactive wireframes
• Domain expertise across financial services, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, public sector
• Depth in AI evaluation with test sets and quality benchmarks
• Technical background to read PRs and challenge architecture

• Requirements and stakeholder craft — elicits needs from business and technical stakeholders, writes clear PRDs and acceptance criteria, and manages senior stakeholders and clients with honesty and calibration.
• Hands-on with AI tools in their own workflow — has used AI-assisted tooling to produce working prototypes, wireframes, or internal tools themselves.
• Practical understanding of how AI products behave — knows outputs are probabilistic, has thought about how to tell whether a model's answers are actually good, and can talk sensibly about accuracy, cost, latency, and where AI is the wrong tool.
• Data-informed decision-making — defines metrics before building, runs experiments, reads a funnel, and connects product decisions to business outcomes.

Good-to-have

• Design and UX instinct — comfortable producing high-fidelity interactive wireframes and reasoning about interaction patterns.
• Domain expertise— financial services, healthcare, energy, manufacturing, public sector.
• Depth in AI evaluation — has built or specified test sets and quality benchmarks for generative &agentic features.
• Technical background — engineering, data, or solution-architecture history; enough code fluency to read a PR and challenge an architecture.
