Job description

Job Description:
About 30 Sundays

30 Sundays is on a mission to build the most customer-centric outbound leisure travel company from India. We combine deep destination expertise with technology, operational rigor, and a strong bias for action to deliver effortless, high-quality travel experiences while building a profitable, scalable business.

Founded by alumni from Apple, BCG, and IIT. Backed by InfoEdge Ventures and Eximius Ventures.

The Role

We're hiring a Product Manager to own and build products across the 30 Sundays ecosystem, from customer-facing tools that power the pre-sales and post-sales journey, to internal platforms that make our sales and operations teams more effective.

Depending on the vertical, you could be shaping how couples discover, plan, and experience travel, or building the systems that help our teams sell smarter, operate faster, and deliver at scale.

This role is for a builder. Someone who combines deep user empathy, strong product judgment, data fluency, and AI-first thinking to turn complex problems into simple, scalable solutions. We believe PMs should be able to go from idea to working prototype fast, using vibe coding with tools like Claude, Cursor, and Replit to build, test, and validate without waiting for engineering cycles.

This is an early-stage, high-intensity environment. You'll wear multiple hats, move fast, and have outsized ownership. If you thrive in ambiguity and want to build things that ship, not just write docs about them, read on.

What You'll Work On
  • Own the end-to-end product experience for your vertical, whether customer-facing or internal
  • Define and drive a clear product vision grounded in user needs and business impact
  • Lead product discovery through user research, stakeholder interviews, feedback loops, and data
  • Translate insights into clear PRDs, prioritized roadmaps, and measurable success metrics
  • Rapidly build functional prototypes and internal tools using vibe coding, turning ideas into working software by prompting AI tools like Claude, rather than waiting for dev bandwidth
  • Use LLMs and automation to streamline workflows, personalize experiences, and reduce manual effort
  • Use analytics, funnels, cohorts, and experiments to guide decisions and measure outcomes
  • Conduct competitive and category research to inform product direction
  • Partner closely with design and engineering to ship high-quality experiences
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with ops, CX, sales, growth, and tech teams to drive adoption and impact
Requirements
  • 3+ years of Product Management experience with clear ownership of a product or product area
  • Experience building B2C consumer products (web or mobile), travel, fintech, e-commerce, food delivery, or similar domains where the end user is a person making lifestyle or purchase decisions
  • Strong user-centric mindset, whether the user is a customer booking a trip, a salesperson closing a deal, or an ops team member planning logistics
  • Hands-on comfort with vibe coding, you've used tools like Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Replit to build working apps, dashboards, automations, or prototypes. Not just used AI to write docs, but actually shipped something.
  • Comfort using data and analytics to drive prioritization and measure impact (SQL, Mixpanel, GA4, or similar)
  • Familiarity with AI tools, LLM capabilities, and automation platforms
  • Solid understanding of UX principles and lifecycle thinking
  • Strong academic background or demonstrated intellectual rigor
Nice to Have
  • Experience in travel, hospitality, or high-consideration purchase categories
  • Experience at an early-stage startup (seed to Series A) where you wore multiple hats
  • Growth and funnel expertise, SEO, conversion optimization, A/B testing, retention loops
  • Side projects, community building, or entrepreneurial attempts that show initiative beyond the day job
Why Join 30 Sundays
  • Own a product vertical end-to-end at a fast-growing travel company redefining how Indians travel internationally
  • Work directly with founders (ex-Apple, ex-BCG, ex-IIT) with high autonomy and real impact
  • Build both the customer experience (how couples discover and book travel) and the engine behind it (how the team sells, plans, and delivers)
  • Ship fast using AI and vibe coding, we value PMs who can build, not just spec
  • Shape AI-driven, user-first products in a category (outbound leisure travel) that’s still early and wide open
  • Gurugram, on-site. Competitive base + meaningful ESOPs.
