Job summary

StoneX Global in India invites a Product Manager to own and evolve our enterprise application ecosystem built on Zoho One. This role acts as the bridge between business, technology, and implementation partners, ensuring our digital platforms scale with growth.

The ideal candidate understands business processes, ERP/CRM implementations, workflow automation, and product ownership, with 3–5 years of relevant experience and hands-on Zoho One exposure. Join us to redefine luxury business tech.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Business Systems, ERP, CRM, or Digital Transformation.
• Hands-on exposure to Zoho One implementation is preferred.
• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Zoho, Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or HubSpot.
• Strong understanding of CRM, Finance, Inventory, HR, Procurement, and Workflow Automation.
• Experience working with APIs and system integrations.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Responsibilities

• Own the Zoho One ecosystem across CRM, Projects, Books, Inventory, Desk, People, Analytics, Creator, Forms, Sign, and other business applications.
• Gather business requirements from stakeholders and translate them into scalable digital solutions.
• Work closely with implementation partners and vendors to design, implement, and optimize business processes.
• Manage product roadmap, releases, enhancements, and feature prioritization.
• Configure workflows, approvals, forms, dashboards, reports, and automation.
• Drive process standardization across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Procurement, HR, Customer Service, and Operations.
• Coordinate integrations between Zoho and third-party applications, including ERP, payment gateways, communication tools, and APIs.
• Monitor system adoption, identify improvement opportunities, and increase operational efficiency.
• Prepare functional specifications, UAT plans, training documentation, and SOPs.
• Ensure data quality, governance, security, and user access management.
• Act as the internal product owner for all enterprise applications.

• This is not a software development role. We are looking for someone who understands business processes, ERP/CRM implementations, workflow automation, and product ownership.
