Job summary

Vxceed Technologies FZ LLC in Bengaluru seeks a Product Manager to own the product vision and roadmap, aligning with business goals and user needs. You will work with sales and customers to ensure products meet market requirements while sustaining objectives.

Responsibilities include gathering research, prioritizing features and backlog, coordinating with engineering, defining specifications, running user testing, and tracking metrics to drive data-driven improvements across the product

Qualifications

• MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Product Manager or in a related role
• Experience in SaaS products is preferred.
• Familiarity with agile development methodologies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Results-oriented with a commitment to quality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skill

Responsibilities

• Work with the sales teams and customers to ensure products continually meets market requirements while maintaining business objectives.
• Gather and analyse all available research and data sources to continually refine and improve all aspects of the product.
• Prioritize features and user stories, managing the product backlog effectively.
• Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality product delivery.
• Develop and communicate product specifications and user stories.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate and improve the product.
• Track and analyze product performance metrics, making data-driven decisions to optimize the product.
• Identify new market and product opportunities and define target market requirements, which create the foundation for the overall product strategy and roadmap.
• Compare/benchmark the product with competition and evolve/enhance the product as required
• Ability to manage all associated activities throughout Product life cycle in collaboration with other functional groups.
