Job summary

SquadStack.ai is seeking an experienced product manager to shepherd voice AI features from concept to deployment and beyond. You will architect infrastructure enabling voice agents to handle large numbers of concurrent interactions while refining user interactions for natural, reliable conversations.

Collaborating with engineering and data teams, you will translate technical capabilities into compelling product experiences and validate decisions with real-world results, identifying gaps to close

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, technology, or a related field.
• Deep familiarity with large language models, agentic AI systems, and the frameworks that power them.
• Hands-on technical background in AI or software engineering is highly valued; strong practical AI experience can outweigh years spent in pure product roles.

About the role:

• Shepherd voice AI features through the complete lifecycle from conceptualization through deployment and beyond.
• Architect and operate infrastructure that enables voice agents to work reliably across large numbers of concurrent interactions.
• Refine how conversational AI models interact with users, focusing on naturalness, task completion, and system reliability.
• Measure and drive quantifiable gains in customer conversion rates, the extent to which processes run without human intervention, and the quality of conversations the system conducts.

What you'll work on:

• Designing mechanisms for AI agents to improve through interaction and feedback over time.
• Translating technical capabilities into product experiences that users find effective and natural.
• Working directly with engineering and data teams to validate product decisions with real-world results.
• Identifying gaps in current voice AI performance and building solutions to close them.

What we're looking for:

• 3–5 years of experience in product management, technology, or a related field.

• A track record of shipping products where you owned the outcome, not just the roadmap.
• The ability to break down complex AI problems into concrete, testable hypotheses.
