Job summary

Metafusion is a cutting-edge analytics platform combining big data analytics, computer vision and NLP to unlock insights from metadata. We seek a Product Manager to own the product lifecycle, translate business needs into BRDs/PRDs, and drive timely delivery with internal teams.

The ideal candidate will craft requirements, lead product demos for clients and stakeholders, and collaborate across business, design and tech. Strong communication and agile experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in a product or business analyst role (preferably non-tech focused).
• Proven experience drafting BRDs/PRDs and presenting product demos.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong business acumen with a user-first mindset.
• Comfortable working in agile environments.
• Prior experience in B2B or SaaS is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Gather & Analyze Requirements: Define product requirements and user needs with stakeholders.
• Documentation: Create PRDs/BRDs detailing functional and non-functional aspects.
• Product Demos: Lead client and internal product walkthroughs to convey vision and usability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Bridge business, design, and tech teams for alignment.
• Roadmapping & Prioritization: Maintain backlogs, prioritize features, plan releases.
• Market Research & Benchmarking: Support decision-making with competitive insights.
• QA Support: Assist in UAT and QA reviews to ensure delivery meets expectations.

We are looking for a dynamic Product Manager to own and drive product lifecycle activities—from requirement gathering to stakeholder demos. The ideal candidate will be skilled at understanding business needs, translating them into actionable documents (PRDs/BRDs), and ensuring timely delivery in collaboration with internal teams.

• Gather & Analyze Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to define product requirements and user needs.
• Documentation: Create detailed Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) that clearly outline functional and non-functional aspects.
• Product Demos: Lead client and internal product walkthroughs, ensuring clarity of product vision and feature usability.
• Stakeholder Communication: Act as a bridge between business, design, and tech teams, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Roadmapping & Prioritization: Work with leadership and development teams to maintain product backlogs, prioritize features, and plan releases.
• Market Research & Benchmarking: Conduct research to support decision-making and keep product offerings competitive.
• QA Support: Assist in UAT and QA reviews to ensure delivery meets documented expectations.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in a product or business analyst role (preferably non-tech focused).
