This role is pivotal in driving product excellence, execution quality, and journey outcomes within a defined user journey or problem area. The Product Manager will own a quarterly roadmap, translating company strategy into seamless digital products that drive financial empowerment across rural India. Depending on assignment, the role may focus on domains such as Adhikari onboarding and KYC, assisted payments, merchant acceptance, lending, insurance, growth and engagement, internal sales tools, risk/compliance platforms, or shared product infrastructure. In every domain, the role requires balancing customer value, business viability, technical feasibility, operational simplicity, reliability, and regulatory compliance.
