Job summary

xPay in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Product Manager to own the full lifecycle of fintech/B2B SaaS products, from conception to launch and beyond. You will partner with engineering, design, and commercial teams to create data-driven solutions that address real-business needs.

You should thrive in an early-stage environment, balance shipping speed with thoughtful analysis, and communicate clearly across technical and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 4–7 years of product management experience.
• Fintech, payments, or financial infrastructure background.
• Background building or managing B2B SaaS platforms for enterprise users.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a preference for shipping over endless planning.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities paired with a preference for shipping over endless planning
• Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate effectively with technical, design, and commercial partners
• Comfort with early-stage uncertainty and the ability to set your own direction with minimal guidance
