Job summary

EPAM Systems, Inc. is seeking a Product Manager to help build an AI-enabled media planning capability on Google Cloud Platform, progressively internalizing campaign planning, scenario planning, and reporting activities while establishing the technical and operational foundation for future phases.

You will run requirements workshops, translate outcomes into backlog items, own backlog refinement, document user journeys and acceptance criteria, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure

Qualifications

• 10–18 years in IT with 7+ years in BA/PM on software/data/AI delivery.
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for agile teams.
• Familiar with GCP, prompt engineering, and GTM AI Agent Framework concepts.
• Strong English written and spoken communication.

Responsibilities

• Run requirements workshops with stakeholders and translate outcomes into backlog items.
• Own backlog refinement and elaboration of capability scope with the Lead Media Consultant.
• Document functional requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for features.
• Support wave-by-wave scope elaboration and change management under the SOW.
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and engineering during delivery.
• Align product vision, roadmap, and delivery within the AI Agent Framework.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with templates, pipelines, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Run requirements workshops with stakeholders and translate outcomes into backlog items across capability domains
• Own backlog refinement and elaboration of capability scope in collaboration with the Lead Media Consultant
• Document functional requirements, user journeys, and acceptance criteria for brief creation, media planning, scenario planning, validation, and reporting features
• Support wave-by-wave scope elaboration and change management under the SOW's change-control process
• Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the engineering team throughout delivery
• Facilitate alignment between product vision, roadmap, and delivery teams across the AI Agent Framework
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistency with platform templates, pipelines, and governance processes

Requirements

• 10-18 years of overall experience in IT, including 7+ years of business analysis or product management experience on software, data, or AI delivery programs, ideally within marketing, media, or telecom domains
• Knowledge of product management principles, including product life cycle, product roadmap, and product vision
• Experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria, and backlog items for agile delivery teams
• Skills in workshop facilitation and requirements elicitation
• Familiarity with GCP, prompt engineering, and GTM AI Agent Framework concepts
• Understanding of Agile delivery methodologies
• Good written and spoken English
• Nice to have Familiarity with media planning, campaign management, or marketing analytics
