Job summary

Merchmix in Bengaluru is seeking a Product Manager to own end-to-end product features across planning, merchandising, and ERP systems. You will work with product, design, engineering and business teams to shape SaaS products for retail and supply chain domains.

Ideal candidates bring 3–5 years in product management, experience in SaaS/B2B environments and strong discovery, prioritisation and stakeholder skills.

merchmix is one platform for the whole of retail. From the first sketch to the last sale, retailers plan, buy, source, ship, sell and see it all in one place, live, with an agent called yukti that does the work. Founded in Sydney, August 2024, by people who ran planning and buying at M&S, ASOS, Debenhams and Best & Less.

About the role

This is a full time, on site role in Bengaluru. You will work with product, design, engineering and business teams on products across planning, merchandising, PLM, allocation, planogram, ERP, OMS, WMS and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Own features from discovery through to launch.
• Translate business problems into clear product requirements and roadmaps.
• Work closely with design and engineering to build intuitive, scalable products.
• Run user research, competitor analysis and product discovery.
• Define workflows, user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Prioritise features on customer value, business impact and technical feasibility.
• Work directly with retail customers and internal domain experts.
• Analyse product usage and keep improving what is already live.

What we are looking for

• Three to five years or more in product management.
• Experience in SaaS, B2B technology, retail, e-commerce, ERP or supply chain products.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving ability.

• Comfortable in a fast-moving startup, with a strong ownership mindset and attention to detail.
