Job summary

Digit Life Insurance in Bengaluru invites a skilled professional to bridge business and technology within the life insurance domain. You will analyze processes, elicit requirements, and design solutions to improve policy issuance, claims, and finance workflows.

Collaborating with Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance, you will define customer journeys and coordinate with the development team on planning and deliveries, including weekly sprint meetings with Product Managers.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of Life Insurance products.
• Deep Knowledge of Life insurance process (quote, policy issuance, finance, claims). Expertise in any one of the processes is a must.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and API Integration
• In-depth Understanding of Java, microservices, and web services is an added advantage
• Excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with the internal business team (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims and Finance) and external partners to ensure a mutual understanding of processes and applications.
• Requirement elicitation and System solution designing.
• Define the customer journey.
• Coordination with the development team on project planning & deliveries.
• Weekly Sprint planning along with Product Managers.
• Understand business priority and drive the Business process/development team.
