Job summary

Smart Energy Water is seeking an experienced Product Manager to accelerate development of the SmartCX Platform for Energy and Utilities. You will collaborate with product engineers, solution engineering and QA to shape the product vision and drive delivery across web and mobile interfaces.

You will lead roadmaps, analyze market needs, and manage stakeholder expectations while partnering with engineering teams to deliver scalable solutions with strong UX.

Qualifications

• Min 7-15 years of hands-on technology product management experience.
• Bachelor's or master’s in computer science or related engineering branches.
• Quantitative and Analytical thinking and great problem-solving skills.
• Work with cross-functional engineering teams focused on customer/end user requirements with technology solutions.
• Understanding of the technical architecture of complex and highly scalable web / Mobile applications.
• Good understanding of product integration with Enterprise systems – SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow , Maximo etc.
• Strong written and interpersonal communication skills and ability to interact persuasively with engineering and design teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage the product throughout the product lifecycle, develop product roadmaps and feature solutions.
• Integrate usability studies, research, and market analysis into product requirements to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Evaluate product configurations against existing business and system processes of the client.
• Expertise in product documentation like BRD/SSD, prototypes, workflow diagrams, use case diagrams, stories etc.
• Ability to understand and articulate end-to-end scenarios technically and functionally.
• Drive product development with a team of engineers and designers to deliver high quality products.
• Define and analyze metrics for the success of products.
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business needs and deliver new features as per customer needs.

• Define and analyze metrics for the success of products.

Stakeholder Management

• Partner with stakeholders and subject matter experts to fully understand business needs to effectively deliver new product features as per customer needs.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring alignment and transparency.
• Provide detailed walkthrough sessions of new product releases for sales, solution engineering and product engineering teams.
• Assist Quality Management team to make sure deliverables are always at par with defined standards of Product.
• Accomplished team leader who demonstrates a flexible approach, aligns with organization and customer vision, and delivers high quality solutions.
• Able to establish credibility based on experience and skill set.
• Effective when communicating with technical and non-technical individuals to drive understanding and inspire innovation in the Platforms.

Preferred Qualifications
