Job summary

Carrerlift is seeking a motivated product intern to work across discovery and delivery stages. You will identify user pain points, analyze data and feedback, and help translate insights into roadmap features with cross-functional teams.

You will conduct user research, validate hypotheses, and take ownership of small initiatives from conception to launch, learning how products meet customer needs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Passion for product development and data-driven insights.
• Ability to drive initiatives independently while coordinating cross-functionally.
• Internship experience is valued but not required.

• Genuine enthusiasm for how products are built, how people use them, and what the numbers reveal
• Proven ability to drive initiatives forward independently while building strong cross-functional relationships
• Track record from a previous internship role (valued but not required)
