Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent required.
• Experience in mining or heavy industry preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with global teams and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers.
• Conduct site visits and support converting opportunities.
• Act as the subject matter expert for product performance, field applications, and value optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs, machine performance, and operational efficiency.
• Support installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and optimization of equipment and components.
• Assist Procurement and Engineering with supplier qualification, vendor development, and technical evaluations.
• Develop and deliver technical training programs for customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, support R&D projects, and contribute to product portfolio development and quality standards.
• Identifies Sales support needs for the regions including training, sales materials etc.

An Exciting Opportunity Exists For Someone Who Is Passionate About Crushing Industry Within The Mining Sector. This Newly Created Position Is Focused On supporting our mining cones & ERC product range. This role will have the ability to influence our future development along with working closely with both our product group & global teams.

You will become a member of the Crushing business unit, reporting to the global product line manager of mining crushers.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide advanced technical support to internal teams and customers
• Conduct site visits and support the business in converting opportunties
• Act as the subject matter expert for product performance, field applications, and value optimization.
• Collaborate with Engineering teams to improve product designs, machine performance, and operational efficiency.

What You Bring

• Cone crusher technical & applications knowledge specifically in mining applications
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Proven success in a technical, product support, or engineering-focused role within mining, heavy industry, or industrial equipment environments.
• Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Experience working directly with customers and cross-functional teams in a technical support capacity.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to deliver technical training and influence stakeholders globally.
• Demonstrated integrity, accountability, adaptability, and a customer-focused, solution-oriented mindset.
