The role is on-site at Pepper's Mumbai office, requiring deep technical fluency, strong writing, and a bias for action in a truly transformational, long-term initiative.

Qualifications

• Founder or co-founder of a software company with hybrid tech/business experience.
• Launched enterprise products (SaaS or services) at scale.

• Strong speed of execution and scrappy when required.

We are building Atlas, Pepper's agentic operating system, and we want a product leader who has built a company before to take it from 0 to 1 and then 1 to 10.

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Product Lead to own the AI and agentic product surface within Atlas, driving product development from concept to launch inside a fast-paced, customer-obsessed organization.

This is a 0 to 1 and 1 to 10 role. You will take new product surfaces from a blank page to a first shipped version, then scale the ones that work. The ambition is long-term and transformational, but the cadence is fast. We want someone who thinks sharply, ships quickly, and iterates in tight loops.

It is also a change management and transformation role as much as a product role. You will work very closely with our services teams and their operational workflows, encoding how expert work actually gets done into product. We need someone who understands Service as a Software thinking, where software and agents transform how a service is delivered, and who is not conventionally tied to building only pure SaaS products.

This role is based out of Pepper's Mumbai office in Andheri East and is on-site.

What you will own

• Drive product development for the AI and agentic surface of Atlas from concept to launch, with strong written communication of product concepts and updates.
• Lead the definition and design of core experiences for the Atlas Super Agent and the Agentic Workflow Builder.
• Write crisp product specs that identify the problem, set goals, and define success metrics so design and engineering can build with clarity.
• Encode the craft of expert SEO and GEO operators into product: AI workflows, agents, and automations that make good work repeatable.
• Work hand in hand with services teams to translate real operational workflows into scalable product, and drive the change management that adoption requires.
• Deconstruct complex problems with technical depth and a steady diet of product usage data to inform the roadmap.
• Practice build versus buy, and partner with third parties where integrations add scalable functionality faster.

What you bring to the table

We care more about what you have built and owned than about a strict year count.

• You have been a founder. You have founded or co-founded a software company and played a hybrid role across its technical and business sides.
• You have done 0 to 1 and 1 to 10. You have launched enterprise products, SaaS or services, and scaled the ones that worked.
• You know B2B and the US market. You have built B2B products and worked closely with US customers, and you understand how enterprise buyers and marketing teams there evaluate, adopt, and expect to be supported.
• You think beyond pure SaaS. You understand Service as a Software thinking and are comfortable building product around services, workflows, and the change management that transformation requires.
• You move fast and think sharply. You ship quickly, iterate in tight loops, and stay scrappy when the situation calls for it.
• You are technical enough. You have strong familiarity with APIs, authentication, and integrations, and have built enterprise products that required third-party integrations.
• You deconstruct complexity. You break down hard problems, spot patterns, and take a data-driven approach to solutions.
• You write and persuade well. You write clearly about product concepts and plans, and you lead through clarity and conviction, not authority.
• You work shoulder to shoulder. You are at home with data science, engineering, design, and customer success, and you build real relationships with customers and stakeholders.
