Job summary

Rippling, Inc. seeks a Product Lead to head Rippling's Accounting Platform, owning the accountant experience across Finance and Payroll. You will define the accounting infrastructure and ERP integrations to serve larger customers and push AI-powered workflows that automate the close process.

Based in a global product role, you will collaborate with Finance, Payroll, Data, Engineering and Design from discovery through launch, driving measurable impact on close accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of product management experience.
• Ability to turn ambiguous problems into a clear strategy.
• Experience building technically complex products that depend on integrations, data models, or platform infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of accounting workflows and the financial systems businesses use to run them.

About the role

We are looking for a Product Lead to lead Rippling's Accounting Platform.

You will own the accountant experience across Rippling's Finance and Payroll products. Your mandate spans two important problems. First, you will own the accounting infrastructure and ERP integrations required for Rippling to serve larger and more complex customers. Second, you will define the future of the accounting product at Rippling by building AI-powered workflows that automate the close process.

Rippling sits in a unique position between the systems where business activity originates and the ERP where the official books live. This gives us the context to automate work that accountants perform manually today, from validating transactions before they reach the GL to reconciliation and period-end adjustments.

Over time, the opportunity is to expand this platform beyond supporting Rippling's existing products and build a complete accounting close experience that can become a product in its own right.
