Qualifications

Role Overview

You are an early-career product builder, and this track grows into an APM. You do two things: find the real problem (in the field, with data) and make people keep coming back (activation, retention, and renewals). You keep the experience low-friction, push it toward feeling personal to each user, and bring a UX/UI eye to shape the answer. We hire you for hunger and attitude, not a resume or pedigree, and we shape your focus to your strengths across discovery and engagement.

What you'll do

• Run discovery: go to fleet owners, operators, and drivers in the field, and find the real problem, not the surface one.
• Prove it with data: decide what to track, dig into cohorts and funnels, and set the success metric and the counter-metric. Tell a real signal from noise.
• Drive engagement, retention, and renewals: own the post-signup funnel, cut friction (the biggest lever on retention), and make renewing effortless.
• Make it personal: push the product toward a personalized, then hyper-personalized, experience that adapts to each user. You learn what personal means by spending time with users on the ground, not by guessing from a dashboard.
• Shape and define: turn problems into clear user flows, simple wireframes, and full feature logic (states, edge cases), so engineering builds without guesswork.
• Work AI-first: use AI for research, synthesis, prototyping, and analysis, so you punch above your experience.

What we're looking for

• Early-career, 0-2 years, or a strong record of projects.
• A strong discovery instinct: you find the real problem and tell a need from a want.
• You care about retention: you can explain why people keep coming back to a product you admire, and you believe a product should adapt to each user (personalization and hyper-personalization).
• Comfort with numbers: cohorts, funnels, retention curves (D1 / D7 / D30), and renewal rates, read honestly.
• A UX/UI eye: you can turn a problem into a clear flow and a simple screen.
• AI-first, hungry, high ownership, and happy to travel and spend real time with users on the ground. Bonus: you have built or analysed retention, renewals, personalization, notifications, or gamification.
