Job summary

Product Space offers a hands-on PM program where you will own features from ideation to launch, gaining real-world shipping experience under elite mentorship.

You’ll build a PM portfolio with PRDs, wireframes, and data reports, while networking with recruiters and PM leaders from top companies. Expect to master AI-enabled workflows and wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or recent graduate with a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or Design.

Job description

• User Research & Empathy: Conduct deep-dive interviews with students and working professionals to identify pain points in their PM journey and career transitions.
• Feature Discovery & Documentation: Create PRDs (Product Requirements Documents) and user stories for new features.
• Data-Driven Insights: Analyze user engagement metrics using tools like Mixpanel or Google Analytics to identify where users are dropping off in the learning funnel.
• Competitor Analysis: Research the EdTech and PM bootcamp landscape to identify market gaps and opportunities for 10x product improvements.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Act as the "glue" between Design, Engineering, and the Content team to ensure features are shipped on time and meet quality standards.

Qualifications

• Education: Currently pursuing or a recent graduate of a Bachelor's or Master's degree (Engineering, Business, or Design backgrounds are preferred).
• Core Skills: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to "deconstruct" complex problems.
• Familiarity with PM tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, and Miro.
• Excellent written and verbal communication (essential for writing specs and presenting to stakeholders).
• The "AI" Edge: A deep interest in Generative AI and how it can be applied to product management workflows.
• Mindset: A "hustler" attitude. You are self-motivated, comfortable with ambiguity, and willing to wear multiple hats in a fast-paced environment.
