Job summary

Neo is seeking a seasoned Product Manager to join its AI-native product management team in Bengaluru. You will drive features from ideation to launch and adoption, coupling UX and analytics to optimize workflows across Tasket, Friday, Studio, and Scribe.

The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, fast iteration, and deep user research to shape cutting-edge AI-enabled work software. You will collaborate with senior designers and analysts, employing lean methodologies and data-driven decision making

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Product Management.
• Experience in AI-native companies, startups, founding teams, or as a founder is preferred.
• Software engineering/technical background.

About the role

As a part of Product Management team, you will work with a team of other Product Managers, Designers and Analysts driving the execution of various zero to 1 Products.

We are proponents of leveraging best in breed AI tools in every step of the Product Development lifecycle - Strategy, UX, Development and Testing. This requires a very different product development mindset comprising a lean team, of senior resources, that are hands-on and AI adept, resulting in ultra-rapid iteration cycles and fast output. You will experience this unique approach to the product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch to success.

Responsibilities

1. Product Management

• Meticulously drive each feature from ideation, implementation, go live and adoption
• Lead continuous user discovery through interviews, contextual inquiry and surveys to understand workflows, pain points, and decision criteria.
• Synthesize qualitative + quantitative insights into clear problem statements, personas/JTBD, journey maps, and prioritized opportunity areas.

3. Growth Hacking

• Measure Output metrics (Acquisition, Activation, Retention, Engagement) and Input metrics (Conversion Funnels, Engagement) that matter
• Creative Feature Ideation to come up with Features that have maximum impact on the metrics that matter
• Leverage frameworks for Feature Prioritization

4. UX

• Drive the creation of delightful, intuitive and engaging user interfaces in collaboration with UX designers to drive user adoption and NPS
• Act as a forward-deployed PM to ensure successful customer implementation and adoption, embedded with teams to unblock integration, workflow changes, and rollout.
• Develop adoption playbooks: onboarding flows, enablement content, rollout checklists, admin guides, and best-practice templates.

Skills

• In depth understanding and knowledge of Statistics, Analytics, Business Intelligence, SQL, Product Analytics platforms
• Ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights
• In depth understanding and knowledge of technology platforms and their capabilities for Web and Mobile development
• Keen eye for design and aesthetics
• Excellent UX and copywriting skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience in conducting user research
• Meticulous in program management processes
