Cardboard Inc. in Bengaluru is building an ambitious platform for storytelling and video editing. We seek a Product Engineer (Fullstack) who owns features end to end, ships quickly, and learns from user interactions.
You’ll work across the stack from editor UI to backend services, focusing on speed, reliability, and delightful user experience. You’ll value practical gains over grand plans and collaborate with talented peers.
We're building the future of storytelling and video editing.
We're a small team that moves fast and builds things we're proud of.
We care obsessively about taste: in design, in product, in every detail.
We're backed by a Tier-1 global fund, YC, and founders of billion dollar companies.
We're hiring a Product Engineer (Fullstack) to own features end to end, then watch people use them and decide what'snext.
Product features across the stack, from the editor to the services behind it.
Getting more people from an idea to a finished video.
A fast, reliable editor, even on big projects.
You've shipped product people use, and made the product calls along the way.
You're strong across the stack and notice when something feels slow or janky.
You'd rather ship something small today than plan something big for a month.
Bonus: creative tools, video, or real-time editors.
You own outcomes, not tickets: decide what to build, ship it, and check it worked.
You talk to users and look at the data.
You build with AI agents every day, and you're the taste and judgment in the loop.
Within your first six months:
You own an area of the product, and the team comes to you for decisions about it.
You've shipped things users rely on every week, and can show how they changed usage.
You're surrounded by people who are absurdly good at what they do. One started coding at 11 and shipped an app with 6M+ downloads in high school. One got into CS engineering at 14 and has been working on distributed systems for 8+ years. One's an ex-founder who took a company to 1.2M users and $300M+ in transactions. That's the team. We're looking for someone who'll raise the bar on technical craftsmanship and product quality. Apart from that you'd get:
