C4scale in India is seeking a results-driven Full-Stack Engineer to join our cutting-edge data security product team. You will design APIs, build UIs with React/Next.js, and optimize performance while deploying on AWS.

The role offers mentorship of interns and a strong path toward becoming a founding engineer as the product scales. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver secure and scalable software solutions.

Qualifications

• 3+ to 7 years as Full-Stack Engineer with a strong portfolio of impactful projects.
• Ability to solve complex challenges related to text processing and algorithm optimization.
• Proven experience with solutions that achieve O(n) or better time complexity.
• Deep understanding of ES6+ features and modern front-end practices.
• Strong skills in HTML/CSS, responsive design, and UI/UX best practices.
• Expertise in building and optimizing RESTful APIs for large-scale, distributed systems.
• Highly proficient in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or similar).
• Experience with AWS (preferred) or any major cloud platform.

Responsibilities

• Design and build robust APIs using Python (FastAPI) and Node.js.

• Lead the design and implementation of RESTful APIs, focusing on caching and distributed systems.
• Ensure APIs are secure, scalable, and maintainable.
• Design and optimize SQL databases for performance and integrity.
• Implement strategies to improve query performance and overall system efficiency.
• Utilize AWS (or any cloud platform) to deploy, monitor, and manage full-stack applications.
• Implement CI/CD pipelines and ensure reliable, scalable deployments.
