Job summary

Ralliant is seeking a Product Engineer for its Enterprise Analytics Services in Bengaluru. You will own delivery from specification through production deployment, guiding complex analytics software across cloud-native architectures and AI-assisted workflows.

You will lead major epics, write engineering specifications, design resilient distributed services, ensure quality and observability, and mentor peers in SAFe-based agile teams.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building enterprise software, cloud-native development, APIs, event-driven systems, plugins, testing automation, Agile, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.
• Experience working in SAFe 6.0-aligned teams with product owners and architects.
• Ability to design for security, observability, and cloud-agnostic deployment.

Responsibilities

• Lead implementation of major epics in enterprise analytics platforms.
• Author engineering specifications and oversee architecture decisions.

Engineers follow a Specification-Driven Agentic SDLC, collaborating with AI throughout architecture, implementation, testing, documentation, and validation while retaining full engineering accountability.

Work within Agile Scrum teams using SAFe 6.0 principles. Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Product Architects, Quality Assurance, fellow engineers, and AI agents to deliver secure, observable, cloud-agnostic enterprise software.
