Job summary

Qualitrol seeks an independent technical leader to deliver complex analytics software, contribute to architecture, and mentor peers. The role focuses on owning delivery from specification to production, driving architecture, and ensuring software quality within Agile teams.

You will work within AI-assisted engineering workflows to build cloud-native analytics platforms for critical electrical infrastructure, shaping the future of enterprise analytics offerings.

Qualifications

• 6+ years building enterprise software and cloud-native development.
• Experience with APIs and event-driven architectures.
• Familiarity with plugins, test automation, Agile processes, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of complex analytics services from specification through deployment.
• Lead implementation of major epics and architecture work.

Qualitrol's Enterprise Analytics Services organization develops AI-native, cloud-agnostic enterprise software that powers advanced analytics for critical electrical infrastructure. Engineers follow a Specification-Driven Agentic SDLC, collaborating with AI throughout architecture, implementation, testing, documentation, and validation while retaining full engineering accountability.

What You'll Bring

6+ years building enterprise software, cloud-native development, APIs, event-driven systems, plugins, testing automation, Agile, and AI-assisted engineering workflows.

Ways of Working

Work within Agile Scrum teams using SAFe 6.0 principles. Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Product Architects, Quality Assurance, fellow engineers, and AI agents to deliver secure, observable, cloud-agnostic enterprise software.
