Job summary

Ralliant seeks a Product Architect for Enterprise Analytics Services to lead architecture for an AI-native analytics product domain. You will mentor engineers, align with QualCore standards, and drive platform reuse and API-first design across Agile teams using SAFe 6.0.

Bring 8+ years in enterprise software, deep experience with C#/.NET or C++, and strong knowledge of distributed systems, Kubernetes, cloud-native development, and security to shape scalable, secure analytics solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in enterprise software engineering with architecture experience.
• Experience with C#/.NET and/or C++ in distributed, cloud-native environments.
• Familiarity with Kubernetes, observability, security and SAFe/agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Own product architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead specification reviews and architectural decisions.

Technical architecture leader for a product squad responsible for translating product vision into executable architecture and production software.

Qualitrol's Enterprise Analytics Services organization develops AI-native, cloud-agnostic enterprise software that powers advanced analytics for critical electrical infrastructure. Engineers follow a Specification-Driven Agentic SDLC, collaborating with AI throughout architecture, implementation, testing, documentation, and validation while retaining full engineering accountability.

Mission

Lead architecture for one Enterprise Analytics product domain while mentoring engineers and ensuring alignment with QualCore platform standards.

Areas of Stewardship

• Own product architecture and technical roadmap.

What You'll Bring

8+ years in enterprise software engineering with architecture experience, C#/.NET, C++, distributed systems, Kubernetes, cloud-native development, cybersecurity, observability, Agile/SAFe, and specification-driven AI-first engineering.

Ways of Working

Work within Agile Scrum teams using SAFe 6.0 principles. Collaborate daily with Product Owners, Quality Assurance, fellow engineers, and AI agents to deliver secure, observable, cloud-agnostic enterprise software from a common code base.
