Qualifications

We are looking for a hands‑on Full Stack Developer with strong backend and AI integration expertise to build and scale an end‑to‑end AI‑powered platform.

You will work closely with product, AI engineers, and founders to architect, build, and optimize scalable systems that power intelligent automation, conversational AI, and data‑driven decision engines.

This is not a maintenance role.
This is a 0 - 1 product building role.

Key Responsibilities

Backend & Architecture (Primary Focus)

Design and develop scalable backend systems using Node.js

Build RESTful and GraphQL APIs

Architect microservices‑based or modular backend systems

Design database schemas and optimize queries (PostgreSQL / MongoDB)

Implement authentication, authorization, and role‑based access

Ensure system scalability, performance, and security

AI & Python Integration

Work with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)

Build AI pipelines for:

AI inference workflows

Embedding & retrieval systems (RAG)

Implement conversational workflows & automation logic

Optimize token usage and AI performance

Frontend Development

Develop dynamic UI using React.js

Build dashboards, workflow builders, campaign modules

Create responsive and intuitive product interfaces

Product Development Ownership

Translate product requirements into scalable technical architecture

Work closely with product managers to define technical feasibility

Build MVPs and production‑ready systems

Write clean, maintainable, testable code
