Job summary

Servify is a global product lifecycle platform transforming after-sales service. We are hiring a mobile developer with strong React Native and Android skills to build and maintain Android apps while collaborating with iOS teammates.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of total experience in mobile app development.
• Strong Android development experience; familiarity with iOS.
• Experience with REST APIs, WebSockets, and backend basics.
• Experience with unit/integration testing, Git, CI/CD, and automated mobile builds/releases.
• Knowledge of mobile security, performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance mobile apps using React Native with emphasis on Android and knowledge of iOS.
• Design and implement new features and integrations across apps.
• Integrate and consume REST APIs; collaborate with backend teams.
• Diagnose issues across development, testing, and production (crashes, performance).
• Implement push notifications, deep linking, offline storage, and app integrations as needed.
• Follow best practices: testing, code reviews, CI/CD, crash and performance monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, enhance, and maintain mobile applications using React Native, with a strong focus on Android and working knowledge of iOS.
• Design and implement new features, integrations, and enhancements across existing and new applications.
• Integrate and consume REST APIs and work closely with backend teams to troubleshoot API and integration issues.
• Diagnose and resolve application issues across development, testing, and production environments, including performance, crashes, network, and device-specific issues.
• Implement and maintain mobile capabilities such as push notifications, deep linking, camera/microphone, Bluetooth, WebSockets/realtime communication, offline storage/synchronization, and app integrations as required.
• Follow engineering best practices including unit/integration testing, code reviews, CI/CD, automated builds and releases, crash monitoring, performance monitoring, and secure coding practices.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 to 5 years of total experience and a strong track preferably in a fast-paced B2B2C, B2B, or B2C startup or company.
• Good understanding of Android development and familiarity with iOS development, including platform-specific behavior, debugging, build processes, and app lifecycle.
• Experience with REST APIs, authentication, WebSockets/realtime communication, and basic understanding of backend services and databases.
• Experience with unit/integration testing, Git, code reviews, CI/CD, automated mobile builds/releases, and application monitoring tools such as Sentry or Firebase Crashlytics.
• Basic understanding of mobile application security, secure storage, encryption, TLS/SSL, application performance optimization, and production troubleshooting.
