• Lead multiple formulation development projects across various dosage forms (solid dosage forms (tablets, capsules) and/or Injectable dosage forms)
• Define product development strategies aligned with regulatory requirements
• Provide scientific and technical leadership in formulation development and oversee pre-formulation, formulation & process optimization, and scale-up activities
• Review and approve formulation strategies, experimental designs, and development reports
• Troubleshoot critical formulation and process-related issues
• Ensure successful technology transfer to manufacturing sites and support scale-up, exhibit batches, and process validation activities
• Review development reports, protocols, and technical documents for regulatory submissions and ensure compliance with guidelines
• Lead responses to regulatory queries and support audits/inspections
• Allocate resources and manage workload effectively
• Timely completion of development projects
• Good documentation and communication skills
