Qualifications
- 10+ years of software engineering experience in product development
- 4+ years of experience leading engineering teams
- Strong experience designing and building large-scale distributed systems
- Backend development experience in Java or similar languages
- Experience building microservices-based architectures
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure
- Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
- Strong system design and architecture skills
- Ability to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in fast-paced product environments

We are looking for an Engineering Manager to lead a high-performing team responsible for building and scaling core platform capabilities within Phenom’s AI-driven talent experience platform. This role requires a strong technical leader who can drive architecture, execution, and team development while delivering scalable and reliable systems used by global enterprise customers. You will partner closely with Product, Technical Program Management, and cross-functional engineering teams to deliver high-impact capabilities that shape the future of talent technology.
