Job summary

Belhem India Pvt Ltd in Bengaluru (Bangalore South) seeks an experienced Kitchen Automation Specialist to translate manual recipes into machine-based processes and optimize for consistency and efficiency.

You will collaborate with operations and the central kitchen, work with kitchen equipment and automation tools such as Rational, and contribute to new product development in a fast-paced food production environment. This is a full-time on-site role in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or Culinary Arts.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in hospitality/culinary operations.
• Experience in automation-focused setups preferred.
• Exposure to equipment-based cooking (e.g., Rational).
