Job summary

Comviva in Bengaluru is seeking a C/C++/Golang Technical Lead or Senior Technical Lead. You will lead and mentor the technical team, ensuring quality deliverables and best engineering practices. The ideal candidate should possess extensive experience in product architecture and complex algorithms, with a strong command of Agile, DevOps, and relevant technologies.

The role requires strong debugging skills, experience in databases, and excellent communication for customer interactions. Candidates must have a B.E/B. Tech/M.E/M. Tech/MCA with 6-10 years of experience.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years experience as Technical Lead or 8–10 years for Senior Technical Lead.
• Strong experience in mentoring and leading teams.
• Good communication skills for customer interactions.

Role: C/C++/Golang Technical Lead or Senior Technical Lead

Experience: Technical Lead: 6–8 Years / Senior Technical Lead: 8–10 Years

Work Location: Bangalore

Qualification Required: B.E/B. Tech/ M.E/ M. Tech / MCA

Skills Required

• Must have extensive experience in product architecture, design and development using C/C++ & GoLang Technologies
• Must have extensive experience in dealing with complex algorithms and data structures
• Must have used Agile practices for development with industry standard coding skills
• Must have experience in Databases like MySQL/Oracle
• Must have excellent experience in debugging and Problem Solving
• Must have experience in writing unit/integration testing
• Must have experience on improving code coverage by adding more unit/integration test cases
• Should have complete knowledge on virtualization and cloud environment.
• Knowledge on Cloud shall be added advantage.
• Using version control (e.g. Git) and other development tools like Jira, Jenkins etc
• Strong knowledge and working experience Devops and CI/CD Pipeline using Devops tools
• Handon experience on Jenkins,K8, Docker & GitHub
• Should have experience in using AI tools like GHCP, Claud and AmazonQ
• Must have experience in mentoring team technically
• Must be good in finding RCA and writing RCA for the problems
• Good to have experience on SMPP, SS7, SIP protocols
• Good to have knowledge on Redis and other in memory database.

• Experience in MPP would be added advantage

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and Mentor the team technically.
• Review the design, architecture, code, test cases of the work completed by team.
• Decompose and assign work to team.
• Effort estimation for the new requirements or any changes required in the product.
• Developing framework required for any specific requirements that can support junior developers.
• Preparing HLD and LLD documents, particularly for complex modules that cannot be handled by junior developers.
• Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with team.
• Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during development.
• Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.
• Work closely with internal teams like Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, Solutioning team and external stakeholders (Customer).
• Own E2E ownership on delivering product or project.
• Regular update to stakeholders on project/product progress.
• Contribute to sprint planning and reviews.
