Job summary

Agile Technology Solutions - Your Technology Partner is seeking an experienced full-stack developer with a strong focus on the MERN stack to build scalable SaaS products. You will work on real-time features using WebSocket, integrate Kafka, GraphQL and REST-based microservices, and contribute to AI-powered solutions leveraging modern AI APIs and frameworks.

The role requires leadership ability to balance IC work with guiding a small team, while maintaining high standards for API documentation

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on full-stack experience with MERN stack.
• Strong WebSocket/Socket programming experience.
• Knowledge of Kafka, Nginx or GraphQL.
• Led or architected multi-module SaaS in startups.
• Strong REST APIs, microservices, async architecture.
• Built AI-powered products using AI agents and rapid prototyping.
• Exposure to AI/ML or external APIs/SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
• Commitment to clean code, API documentation, and process improvement.
• Strong debugging, reverse-engineering and team leadership balance.
• Familiarity with Agile tools: Jira, Git, Postman, Swagger.

Job description

• 5-8 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with strong focus on the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
• Strong experience on WebSocket / Socket programming is a must. Websocket is mandatory advantage.
• Strong knowledge of Kafka, Nginx, or GraphQL.
• Proven experience leading or architecting multi-module SaaS products in Startup environments.
• Strong command over REST APIs, Microservices, and asynchronous architecture.
• Expert in building AI-powered products using AI agents and use of modern vibe coding workflows to rapidly prototype and scale intelligent applications.
• Exposure to AI/ML or 3rd Party integration using APIs or SDKs (OpenAI, Hugging Face, LangChain,
• Understanding of DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
• Deep passion for processes, API documentation, and clean code.
• Strong debugging and reverse-engineering skills, ability to understand complex systems quickly. Ability to balance IC responsibilities with team leadership.
