Job summary

Sarvadhi is seeking a passionate MERN Stack Developer to build and maintain scalable web applications. You will work independently, implement REST APIs, and leverage AI tools to improve productivity and code quality.

Strong fundamentals and problem-solving are essential for this role, with a focus on delivering robust software solutions. The position emphasizes collaboration with teams and clients, adherence to coding standards, and a drive to own the end-to-end development process from design

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript (ES6+); TypeScript is a plus.
• Good understanding of HTML5, CSS3, Responsive Design, and React component architecture.
• Experience building REST APIs and integrating third-party APIs.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis skills.
• Good understanding of Git and collaborative development workflows.
• Basic knowledge of SQL databases, cloud platforms, or Docker is an advantage.
• Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar platforms for requirement analysis, planning, coding, debugging, documentation, testing, and learning.
• Ability to review, validate, and improve AI-generated code rather than relying on it blindly.
