Job summary

Leadrat Real Estate CRM - Dubai | India is seeking a Product Designer to craft intuitive web and mobile experiences for our SaaS CRM platform. You will shape features, design systems, and AI-powered experiences in collaboration with product and engineering teams.

You will work on dashboards, data-heavy interfaces, and responsive designs, maintaining a scalable design system and conducting user research to ensure delightful UX. Hybrid work in Hyderabad with a 5-day week and flexible hours.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of experience in Product Design.
• Experience designing SaaS, CRM, or enterprise products.
• Strong portfolio with dashboards, workflows, forms, and data-heavy interfaces.
• Strong knowledge of Figma, prototyping, components, and design systems.
• Good understanding of UX, interaction design, and responsive design.
• Experience or understanding of AI-powered product experiences.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design web and mobile experiences for our CRM platform.
• Create user flows, wireframes, UI designs, and prototypes using Figma.
• Take features from concept to launch in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to improve product experience.
• Build and maintain a scalable design system.
• Design AI-powered features such as recommendations, automation, and AI assistants.
• Ensure AI experiences are simple, transparent, and easy for users to control.
• Participate in design reviews and support junior designers when required.
