Shape the end-to-end product experience across TrueLeap's AI-powered platforms. Own product flows, wireframes, prototypes, UI design, and design systems while working side by side with founders and engineers in a fast-moving, early-stage setup.

About the Role

TrueLeap Inc. is hiring a Product Designer to join our Guwahati office and shape how people experience our AI-powered platforms. You will own the design process end to end, from early product flows and wireframes to high-fidelity UI and prototypes, while helping build and maintain our design systems.

This is a hands-on role for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and is comfortable working closely with founders and engineers in an early-stage startup environment. You will turn ambiguous problems into clear, usable, and well-crafted product experiences.

Product Design & Flows

• Design end-to-end product flows, from initial concept to shipped experience.
• Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, and polished UI for web and platform products.
• Translate complex requirements into clear, intuitive, and accessible interfaces.
• Test and iterate on designs based on feedback, usage, and engineering constraints.

Design Systems & Craft

• Build and maintain reusable components and design systems in Figma.
• Ensure visual and interaction consistency across products and platforms.
• Raise the overall bar for design quality, detail, and usability.
• Work side by side with founders and engineers to move from idea to shipped product quickly.
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Galileo, v0, and Framer AI to speed up research, ideation, copy, prototyping, and design exploration.
• Contribute to product direction with strong design judgment and a bias for action.

What We're Looking For

Required

• 3–5 years of experience as a product designer.
• Strong skills in Figma, product flows, wireframes, prototyping, UI design, and design systems.
• Comfortable working in an early-stage startup setup with founders and engineers.
• Good AI proficiency — able to use tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Midjourney, Galileo, v0, Framer AI, or similar to speed up research, ideation, copy, prototyping, and design exploration.
• Able to move fast, manage ambiguity, and own work end to end.

Nice to Have

• Experience with SaaS, AI products, or B2B platforms.
• Experience designing creator or community platforms.
• Experience designing dashboards and data-rich interfaces.
