Job summary

Cars24 is seeking a Design Lead in Gurgaon to head a small team of designers and collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Growth to deliver AI-powered product experiences. You will mentor 2-3 designers and lead end-to-end design from discovery to delivery, shaping checkout flows, pricing, and gamified experiences.

• Have explored prompt-driven or LLM-enabled product experiences
• Are strong in UX thinking, interaction design, and visual craft
• Can drive end-to-end design from discovery to delivery
• Enjoy mentoring designers while staying hands-on
