About the Role

We are looking for a Product Designer with strong UX/UI skills and a sharp eye for detail to join our team. As a designer in a fintech environment, you’ll be working on high-impact products like payments, lending, digital wallets, or financial dashboards—where trust, clarity, and simplicity are critical.

Key Responsibilities

● Design end-to-end experiences for financial products—from discovery to launch.

● Work closely with product managers, engineers, and compliance teams to create user-friendly solutions for complex financial workflows.

● Conduct and apply user research, usability testing, and feedback to refine experiences.

● Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes, and high-fidelity visuals using tools like Figma or Sketch.

● Ensure designs comply with financial regulations and accessibility standards.

● Maintain and expand our design system to ensure consistency across the product suite.

● Translate technical or regulatory constraints into elegant user experiences.

Requirements

● 2–6 years of experience in product/UX/UI design, preferably in a fintech or highly regulated domain.

● Strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of user-centered design, especially for complex flows like payments, onboarding, or KYC.

● Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Adobe XD).

● Experience designing for responsive web and mobile (iOS and Android) applications.

● Excellent collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to present design decisions clearly.

● Strong understanding of accessibility, data visualization, and design systems.

Nice to Have

● Ability to work in fast-paced agile environments and iterate quickly.

● Exposure to front-end development or the ability to work closely with engineers on implementation.
