Job summary

Paroksya is seeking a designer who thinks in systems, not just screens, to lead product design for 2-3 client engagements simultaneously. You will build and maintain design systems per project and work closely with engineering on feasibility.

You will present and defend design decisions directly to clients, ensuring the brand language aligns with client needs while upholding our quality bar across varied fintech dashboards and AR training projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of product design experience.
• Strong portfolio showing range across different product types.
• Proficiency in Figma and modern design systems.
• Comfortable presenting work to clients.
