• Strong interaction-design and information-architecture fundamentals.
• Ability to think through states, exceptions, permissions, and edge cases.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end product workflows for complex B2B software.
• Create wireframes, interaction models, and high-fidelity product screens in Figma.
• Design interfaces involving forms, tables, dashboards, approvals, settings, workflows, and data-heavy screens.
• Translate product specifications and workflow definitions into clear user experiences.
• Work within an existing design system and extend it where reusable patterns are missing.
• Maintain and improve Figma components, variables, layouts, and design-system conventions.
• Work with modern design tokens and component-based frontend systems.
• Document empty states, loading states, permissions, errors, validation, edge cases, and responsive behaviour.
• Provide engineers with clear implementation-ready designs and specifications.
• Review implemented screens against the approved design and identify inconsistencies.
• Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and QA throughout implementation.
• Participate in lightweight usability testing with customers and beta users.
• Contribute to selected marketing and launch assets when required.

We are looking for a Product Designer to design production workflows and interfaces for modern B2B SaaS products. The products involve structured data, forms, tables, dashboards, approvals, configuration, collaboration, and operational workflows. We are therefore looking for someone with strong product-design capability rather than primarily marketing or visual-design experience. You will work within an established design direction and component system while helping mature the overall product design language. The role requires strong execution speed, attention to interaction states and edge cases, and close collaboration with engineers throughout implementation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product design experience
• Strong command of Figma, including components, variants, variables, Auto Layout, responsive layouts, and design-system libraries
• Experience working with or contributing to a mature design system
• Strong interaction-design and information-architecture fundamentals
• Ability to think through states, exceptions, permissions, and edge cases rather than designing only ideal screens
• Ability to work quickly without sacrificing consistency
• Strong collaboration skills with engineers
• Ability to clearly explain design decisions

Nice to Have

• Previous experience designing HR, payroll, finance, accounting, CRM, ERP, or other business software
• Experience with Arabic and right-to-left interfaces
• Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, React, or Tailwind CSS
• Experience with motion or interaction prototyping
• Experience conducting customer interviews or usability testing
