Job summary

IntraEdge is seeking a UI/UX designer to craft user-centered experiences for its products in Haryana, India. The role focuses on creating and enhancing interfaces, storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and journeys to improve end-to-end user journeys.

You will collaborate with product managers and engineers to define requirements, mentor peers, and contribute to design systems and patterns. A strong emphasis is on delivering high-fidelity designs ready for implementation.

Qualifications

• Experience creating user-centered experiences and interfaces.
• Ability to develop design specifications and information architecture diagrams.
• Proficiency with design tools for storyboards, wireframes, prototypes.

• Identifies artifacts to create based on project needs and timeline; delivers wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specs.
• Develops understanding and empathy for users through user-centered methodologies and data.
• Presents design decisions and strategy to peers and cross-functional leadership.
• Improves design process and workflow; contributes to design systems and UX patterns.
• Collaborates with product managers, engineers, and designers to define project requirements and deliverables.
• Mentors associates and peers; may have a direct report.
• Leveraging design tools to deliver artifacts and drive collaboration across teams.

Job Summary :

• Creates user-centered experiences and interfaces for products and solutions which improves end-to-end user journeys.
• Develops the overall design and specifications for creating and enhancing the experience and functionality of user interfaces for company products.
• Uses design tools to create storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, information architecture diagrams and user journey maps for demonstrations and user testing.
• Produces high-fidelity designs for implementation by development teams.
• Analyze user research, business insights and other data to continuously improve customer experiences.
• Reviews proposed product changes or enhancements for compliance and alignment with desired user experience design and satisfaction standards and suggests improvements.
• Creates and maintains UI/UX resources such as content templates, samples and guidelines, to streamline the design process for designers and developers.

Key Responsibilities :

• Identifies the right artifacts to create based on project needs and timeline and delivers high quality artifacts such as wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity specifications. Sets the vision for the user experience.
• Develops understanding and empathy for users through user-centered methodologies, external analysis, research, and data.
• Presents design decisions and design strategy to peers, partners and cross- functional leadership.
• Actively improves design process and workflow for broader design organization. Contributes to and actively improves design systems and UX patterns.
• Collaborates closely with product managers, engineers, design leads and other cross-functional partners to define project requirements and deliver against them.
• Actively engages with other designers to exchange ideas, share skills, and provide mentorship for teammates.
• Mentors associate designers and peers and may have a direct report
• Efficiently leverages design tools to deliver artifacts, drive collaboration with cross-functional partners, and build efficiencies into broader design team workflow
