Job summary

Patient Lens AI in Chennai is seeking a product designer to design end-to-end discharge journeys for hospital workflows. You will review, edit, and sign-off clinical pathways, creating calm interfaces under time pressure and ensuring accessibility-first patterns.

You’ll craft UI systems in Figma, collaborate with engineers, run lightweight research with clinicians, define brand expression that remains clinical and credible, and own the design from concept to handoff.

Qualifications

• Experience designing clinical workflows with calm, time-pressured interfaces.
• Ability to design for hospital users over SaaS demos.
• Strong collaboration with engineering and product teams.
