Job summary

AppsForBharat in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Product Designer / Product Designer 2 to craft intuitive, scalable AI-powered consumer experiences for the Sri Mandir platform. You’ll own key product flows across mobile and web, building end-to-end designs that solve real user problems with data-informed insights.

The role values strong design fundamentals, systems thinking, fast execution, and ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative design culture.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years of experience designing consumer-facing products (B2C, social, gaming, or high-engagement apps).
• Strong portfolio showcasing interaction design, visual craft, systems thinking, and problem-solving.
• Fluency in Figma and comfort with prototyping tools.
• Good understanding of data-driven and metric-oriented design.
• Exposure to or interest in building AI-powered experiences.
• Ability to work independently in an IC capacity while contributing to the larger design culture.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder-management skills.
• Bonus: background from top design schools such as NID, Srishti, NIFT, IDC, MIT-ID, or equivalent.

The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer / Product Designer 2 who can craft intuitive, scalable, AI-powered consumer experiences.

This role is ideal for someone who combines strong design fundamentals, systems thinking, and execution speed, someone who doesn’t just make screens but solves problems end-to-end.

You’ll work on 0→1 explorations, core product journeys, and scaled features that influence how millions experience devotion and spirituality digitally.
