Job summary

Nava is building a cloud infrastructure layer for the AI era and is seeking a Product Designer to shape the next generation of AI infrastructure products. You’ll own end-to-end product design for AI inference, GPU-as-a-Service, and cloud infrastructure, translating highly technical workflows into intuitive experiences for developers and enterprise users.

Qualifications

• 3–8 years of product design experience.
• Experience in B2B, Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, or Developer Experience.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Proficiency in Figma and design tooling.
• Experience taking products from 0→1.

We’re looking for a Product Designer to help shape the next generation of AI infrastructure products. You’ll work on AI inference, GPU-as-a-Service, cloud infrastructure, and new products we’re building from the ground up. This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys taking complex technical problems and turning them into simple, intuitive product experiences.

This is an on-site role based in Bangalore, India.

What you’ll do

• Own product design end-to-end from understanding the problem and exploring concepts to prototyping, visual design, and working with engineering through implementation.
• Design 0→1 products and experiences across AI, inference, GPU and cloud infrastructure.
• Translate complex technical workflows into intuitive experiences for developers and enterprise users.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and other designers to shape both product direction and execution.
• Contribute to product strategy and influence decisions through design thinking, user insights, and prototypes.
• Design for complex workflows involving inference deployments, GPUs, workloads, scaling, observability, and cloud infrastructure.
• Iterate quickly in an agile environment and use prototypes to validate ideas early.
• Leverage modern AI tools to accelerate exploration, research, and execution.

What we’re looking for

• 3–8 years of product design experience is preferred; we’re open to exceptional candidates outside this range. For context, mid-level designers typically have 3–5 years of experience, while senior designers often bring 6–8+ years. We evaluate candidates holistically—portfolio strength, impact of shipped work, and ability to own complex design problems matter more than years alone.
• Experience designing products in B2B, Enterprise SaaS, Cloud, or Developer Experience. Experience in at least one of these areas is important.
• Strong experience taking products from 0→1.
• Ability to understand and design for highly technical products and workflows.
• Strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, and visual design.
• Comfortable working with technical concepts such as APIs, cloud infrastructure, AI/ML, and developer workflows.
• Strong collaboration skills with product and engineering teams.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• A strong product design portfolio demonstrating problem-solving, process, and shipped work.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience designing AI-powered products.
• Experience with LLMs, AI inference, agentic products, or developer tools.
• Exposure to GPU infrastructure, cloud platforms, or infrastructure products.
• Experience using AI tools as part of the design process.
• Experience taking products from 0→1 and scaling them.
