Job summary

Speed Engineering Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Product Engineer/Sr. Product Engineer to design and develop geartrain components using Creo, and to create detailed drawings and documentation across the product lifecycle.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design, manufacturing, assembly, and validation activities, applying DFM/ DFA principles for robust, cost-effective solutions. Strong Creo proficiency and PLM process knowledge are essential.

Qualifications

• M.Tech or B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
• 4 to 10 years of experience in mechanical design and product development.
• Experience in powertrain, transmission, related product design.
• Expert-level proficiency in Creo CAD software.
• Strong understanding of PLM and engineering change processes.
• Good knowledge of DFA/DFM.
• Strong engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams.
• Good communication and stakeholder management.
• Knowledge of MCM processes and engine system understanding.
• Experience in a global engineering environment.

• Create and maintain 3D models, detailed drawings, and engineering documentation throughout the product lifecycle.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support design, manufacturing, assembly, and validation activities.
• Apply Design for Manufacturing (DFM) and Design for Assembly (DFA) principles to achieve robust and cost-effective designs.
• Participate in design reviews, tolerance analysis, and engineering change management processes.
• Support product development activities from concept through production release.
• Work closely with manufacturing and validation teams to resolve design-related issues.
• Ensure timely delivery of engineering tasks while maintaining quality and compliance standards.

Skills & Experience Required:
