Job summary

Gagan Deep in India is seeking a mechanical design engineer with strong expertise in 3D CAD modeling and Siemens UGNX. The role involves designing complex components, creating 3D models, and producing manufacturing drawings with BOM and documentation.

You will manage multiple projects and contribute to NPD and R&D designs, including lighting work for interior and exterior applications. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in ECU/UNECE regulations, RFQ and ECN management, and can

Qualifications

• Experience in mechanical system design with expertise in 3D CAD modeling and Siemens UGNX.
• Design complex mechanical components, create 3D models and detailed manufacturing drawings, prepare BOM and design documentation, manage multiple projects, and deliver NPD and R&D designs on time.
• Experience in Interior and Exterior Lighting
• Complex surface design

Responsibilities

• Design mechanical components and 3D models with detailed drawings and BOM preparation.
• Create manufacturing drawings and maintain design documentation.
• Manage multiple projects and deliver NPD and R&D designs on time.
• Coordinate with stakeholders for lighting projects (interior and exterior).
• Ensure compliance with UNECE regulations and handle RFQ/ECN processes.
• Sketch concepts by hand and utilise basic tooling knowledge as needed.
