Qualifications

  • 8–12 years of experience in program/project management or PMO roles.
  • Experience in software development and delivery environments.
  • Certifications such as PMP/PMI-ACP/CSM/SAFe are valuable.

Responsibilities

  • Governance and execution support across PMO frameworks, standards, and best practices.
  • Maintain dashboards and reporting for program portfolio health and metrics.
  • Coordinate with development managers, engineers, and business stakeholders; run governance reviews.
  • Standardize PMO processes, templates, tools, and drive adoption across teams.
  • Track resource allocation, capacity, and utilization; assist staffing decisions.
  • Automate reporting using PMO tools and provide data-driven insights.
  • Support risk, compliance, audits, and governance activities.

Program Governance & Execution**Ø Support implementation of PMO frameworks, standards, and best practicesØ Ensure adherence to defined delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid)Ø Track program progress across scope, schedule, cost, and qualityØ Identify risks, issues, and dependencies, and drive mitigation actions**2.
