The Product Delivery Associate is responsible for driving successful product delivery by managing Agile ceremonies, coordinating project execution, and ensuring effective collaboration between the BI and Engineering teams. This role requires strong organizational and communication skills to facilitate meetings, resolve cross‑team challenges, and keep all stakeholders aligned.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead and facilitate daily Scrum meetings, ensuring team alignment and timely resolution of blockers.
• Organize and manage sprint planning sessions, track progress, and help teams commit to realistic goals.
• Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies, ensuring projects are delivered on schedule and within scope.
• Act as a liaison between the BI and Engineering teams, clarifying requirements, managing priorities, and resolving conflicts.
• Provide clear, concise updates to all stakeholders, ensuring transparency and shared understanding of project status and risks.
• Support retrospectives and process improvements to enhance team performance and delivery quality.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
