Phenom People in India is seeking an HR Specialist to annotate job and candidate data for our AI/ML platform, improving candidate fit scores and match rates for customer postings. The role emphasizes precise data tagging, JD comprehension, and collaboration with the AI team to refine model outcomes.

Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in recruitment with good analytical skills.
• Proven ability to understand JDs and critically analyze to screen profiles.
• Resilience and adaptability to deliver consistently on targets.
• Able to work in rotational shifts, including occasional weekends.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resource management (or related field).

Job Description

The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in improving the performance of the AI/ML system by providing accurate and comprehensive annotated data, including job skills and verifying or correcting fit scores. By confirming or dismissing candidate matches, the model will learn and provide a better user experience for recruiters, leading to better candidate fit scores and higher match rates for customer job postings .
