Phenom in India is seeking a Product Development Engineer to build scalable backend services for our SaaS platform. You will define architecture, implement efficient solutions, and help ensure operational excellence across products.

The ideal candidate has 1+ years of software development experience in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, JSON, MongoDB, Spring, and React, with cloud exposure (AWS/Azure) and strong communication skills. Engineering graduates are preferred.

Qualifications

• Engineering Graduates with hands-on software development experience preferred.
• 1+ years of software development experience in Java/J2EE, REST/SOAP, and React.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Define technical architecture to support SaaS offerings and contribute to product development efforts.
• Work independently on a project basis in a fast-paced team environment.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly skilled Product Development Engineer to develop scalable, secure, and highly efficient backend services and systems. You will work on building innovative solutions and ensure the operational excellence of our platforms.

Position Summary

We’re looking for a Developer to join our team at Phenom. The ideal candidate should be able to meet the following criteria:

• Proficiency in Algorithms and Data Structures
• Efficient programming skills (Master Coder)

Responsibilities

• Define technical architecture to support SaaS offerings and contribute to product development efforts
• Work independently on a project basis and thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
• Provide technical and analytical solutions for evaluating product ideas

Qualifications

• Familiarity with defining architecture and contributing to design & development
• Experience with cloud technologies (AWS and/or Azure)
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Education

• Engineering Graduates with hands-on experience is preferred.
