Job summary

LEDFlex, a pioneer in linear LED luminaires, Hyderabad, seeks a data-centric professional to manage large volumes of product data. You will clean, upload, and maintain bulk CSV files for the product catalog, ensure data accuracy across platforms, and generate MIS reports to monitor KPIs.

Collaborate with Inventory, E-commerce and IT teams to resolve data issues, support data migration, and uphold confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in data entry or product data management.
• Experience handling bulk CSV data files.
• Experience managing high-volume catalogs (10,000+ SKUs).
• Strong Excel skills: Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• High accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong English communication.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and manage large volumes of product data into internal databases and systems.
• Process, clean, and upload bulk CSV data files for product catalog management.
• Maintain, update, and verify product data across multiple platforms (handling 10,000+ SKUs).
• Generate and maintain MIS reports to track data accuracy, stock levels, product uploads, and KPIs.
• Provide regular and ad-hoc MIS reports to management to support decision-making.
• Conduct routine audits and quality checks on product data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Inventory, E-commerce, IT) to resolve product data issues.
• Assist in uploading and managing data within Microsoft Dynamics (if applicable).
• Identify and elevate data discrepancies or issues for timely resolution.
• Support data migration and bulk updates as required by the Product Data Team.
• Ensure data confidentiality and compliance with company policies.

Our products illuminate everything from commercial spaces to architectural landmarks, combining functionality with refined design.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Accurately enter and manage large volumes of product data into internal databases and systems.
• Process, clean, and upload bulk CSV data files for product catalog

management.

• Maintain, update, and verify product data across multiple platforms

(handling 10,000+ SKUs).

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a data entry or product data management role.
• Proven experience handling bulk CSV data files.
• Hands-on experience managing high-volume product catalogs (10,000+ SKUs).
• Strong knowledge of MIS reporting and proficiency in Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Validation, etc.).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication skills in English.
